ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Most items on our site are generally processed and shipped (leave our facility) within 2-3 business days, pending credit card verification and item availability.Custom orders can require 2-3 weeks to ship. You will receive an e-mail verification that your order has been accepted by our system, a second email confirming that your order has been processed and shipped If we cannot ship your order within the time frame indicated on our site, you will be notified by email with the anticipated ship date.

All orders are shipped UPS ground service or US Mail. UPS 2nd Day Air and overnight shipping are also available at an additional charge. Shipping charges on the items that do not include free shipping are are based on package weights and sizes and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

Custom orders are not returnable. Sale items are final sales; merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable.

Purchases may be returned if customer is not satisfied with product. The customer will be responsible for the return postage and new shipping postage.

All return requests must be received within 3 business days from receipt of shipment.
All returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving return authorization and must be returned in the original packaging.
A copy of the invoice must accompany the return.
